Until the end of the 1970s, Palm-Mar, also known as El Palm-Mar, was a small village at the foot of the Montana de Guaza. Water and electricity were not taken for granted. Barely 10 years ago, the big turnaround for Palm-Mar came.
Palm Mar enjoys a very favorable climate with lots of sun in the south of the island. It is especially very quiet because there is no through traffic. On the pedestrian promenade of Palm-Mar you have the sea with a view of the harbor of Los Christianos.
It offers possibilities for different types of holidays: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, diving, golf,…. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are some good restaurants and bars, department stores, a doctor’s surgery and a bank.
Nature reserve:
East of Palm-Mar is the beautiful nature reserve Malpais de la Rasca, with its volcanic landscape. Ideal for walks towards the lighthouse, where you can enjoy a beautiful view.
